We have a Projects and Processes Office: P&P Office, to fuel and ensure compliance with the objectives and align them with the business strategy.

Our mission consists of the permanent improvement of our services focused on the quality provided to the customer based on three pillars: optimization, transformation, and generation of value by means of the use of tools and agile and innovative methodologies. The methodological approach used is based on a set of Techniques, Good Practices, Templates, and Accelerators for the transformation of processes in search of operative efficiency.
